The services that this website provides to you, are
subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU") and your
acceptance to the terms herewith. You are hereby
given notice that each time you log into the site, you
are reaffirming your acceptance to the terms of service
of this site. You are encouraged to check the
terms of service periodically.

referred to as site owner, is a leading agent on
internet with Preview Properties Inc. and founder,
owner, and manager of the online entities note above.
As the site owner, sponsor, and host of the websites
noted above, hereafter referred to as "website",
reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without
notice to you. The most current version of the TOU can
be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" hypertext
link located on the menu or at the bottom of our Website
home page.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.
This website,
www.veteransrealestate-online.com, was
designed for the expressed and continuing personal
and business use of U.S. Military Veterans (on
active duty, honorably discharged, or retired)
and their spouses, who are interested in buying or
selling real estate, and, Real Estate Professionals
(real estate agents, home inspectors, and loan
officers), who intend to serve U.S. Military
personnel and their families within their real
estate service area.
Veterans (consumers) who already have an agent,
lender, or home inspector representing them,
(and the professional is or is not a member of
Veterans Real Estate Online) are asked not to seek
the services of any other member on this website.
Doing so, when you already have a business
relationship with someone else in the industry,
would not be ethical nor an acceptable industry
practice. Asking an industry professional to
take of their time to perform a service for you, at
their own expense in time and money, when in fact
you already have a representative capable of
performing these same services, who you are
committed to, and yet leaves a member of this site
with the impression you intend to work with them, is
an act of dishonesty and fraud, and will not be be
tolerated.
Member professionals,
provide all sorts of free services to Veterans, in
good faith, and work overtime being loyal to those
who seek our services in a honest and meaningful
way. In return, all we ask is for consumers to
be loyal to those who provide those services, and
respect their time and business concerns just as
they are expected to show their loyalty and perform
world class services on your behalf.
While
the site owner recognizes the features on this site
are beneficial to anyone buying or selling real
estate, those who use the site by misrepresenting
their intent of becoming a client of a member of
this society website, must first recognize they are
registering (if you do) under fraudulent pretenses,
and secondly, that maintenance of this site costs
the ownership and the site owner considerable time
and money, and, it is the business derived from
honest and loyal users that defray the costs to own
and operate these websites.
LEGAL
AUTHORIZATIONS.
The ownership and site owner, reserves the
right to authorize its legal representatives to
pursue any illegal acts, not limited to, fraud,
abuse, harassment, copyright infringe, etc, brought
against this website, or its ownership, with the
intent to prosecute and obtain full restitution
and/or full damages, including all legal expenses,
and accumulated interest from the established date
of the offense(s), as the result of such activity of
the offender.
MEMBERSHIP.
This
website is available for use only by U.S. Military
personnel and their spouses, and real estate
professionals (real estate agents, home inspectors,
and loan officers). Persons using this website
must register first, and log-in each time the site
is to be accessed by the registrar. Privileges
to use the site is not transferable to anyone else,
with the only exception being that a military spouse
may use the same login information as their husband
or wife.
ADVERTISING OPTIONS:
There are a variety of advertising options shown on
the registration form. They include but may
not be limited to:
top 3 professionals for a city, one of 24 featured
agents or one of 24 loan officers shown on the home
page of the website; a featured professional for a
state, one of two professionals representing a
military base. These options are filled on a
first come first served basis.
FEES.
Registration is FREE to U.S. Military personnel (on
active duty, honorably discharged, or retired).
Real Estate Professionals (agents, home inspectors,
and loan officers), are charged an annual fee based
on the fee schedule shown on the registration form.
Fees are not refundable after site activation. No
exceptions. Periodically a special discount
will be offered however discount cannot be combined
with any other special offer. Only one
discount can be used if more than one exist at the
time. An Admin/Setup Fee (less than $5.00) assessed
at the time of registration, when selecting
advertising options, or upon renewal, to defray the
cost of setting up your account request, or renewal
of your annual membership and/or options.
MEMBERS ACCOUNT DATA & MEMBER RENEWAL:
Members are responsible for keeping the data in
their membership account current and up to date.
Failure to do so will not relieve member of any
amounts due. However, a special ADMIN fee will
be assessed to defray the cost to update the account
after the fact (not to exceed $5.00)
You will be notified by email prior to your
membership or any option expiring. The email
will remind you that you will be renewed
automatically and the only action you must take, is
to notify us by email
( info@veteransrealestate-online.com
) should you wish to (1) terminate
your membership or an option(s), or (2) provide us
an update of your credit card information.
The site has an option for member agents to send
client referrals to other members. This is a
feature for your convenience only. It does not
permit you to send referrals to non-member
professionals. The fees you agree to are
between the two agents (the referrer and the
referee). This site nor its ownership
play any role in the management of referrals on your
behalf, nor the collections of fees, or complaints
thereof. The site has an occasion, now and
then, to come in contact with potential clients as
well. We will consult the member directory and
select an agent to recommend the client to. We
will use the same agent to agent referral form to
send you contact information for the client, and
charge a low referral fee of only 15%.
Referral fee checks should always be promptly sent
to the referrer per the address showing on the
referral form, within 2 days of closing, accompanied
by a copy of the HUD-1 statement.
PERSONAL
AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION..
Unless otherwise specified, the Services
are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may
not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display,
perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative
works from, transfer, or sell any information, software,
products or services obtained from the content shown on
this website nor shall you derive any commercial
monetary benefits from the unique services provided
herewith without being in violation of copyright laws
and this terms of use agreement.
NOTICE
SPECIFIC TO SOFTWARE AVAILABLE ON THIS WEB SITE.
Any software that is made available to
download from the Services ("Software") is the
copyrighted work of our service provider or a third
party vendor and/or its suppliers. Use of the Software
or any content on this website is governed by the terms
of the end user license agreement, if any, which
accompanies or is included with the Software ("License
Agreement"). An end user will be unable to install any
Software that is accompanied by or includes a License
Agreement, unless he or she first agrees to the License
Agreement terms.
The Software is made available for
download solely for use by end users according to the
License Agreement. Any reproduction or redistribution of
the Software not in accordance with the License
Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result
in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will
be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING
OR REPRODUCTION OF THE SOFTWARE TO ANY OTHER SERVER OR
LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS
EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED, UNLESS SUCH REPRODUCTION OR
REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PERMITTED BY THE LICENSE
AGREEMENT ACCOMPANYING SUCH SOFTWARE.
THE SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED, IF AT ALL,
ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT.
EXCEPT AS WARRANTED IN THE LICENSE AGREEMENT, WE HEREBY
DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO
THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF
MERCHANTABILITY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT.
