Note: Clients contact information will be provided to the referred agent within 4 hours after receipt of this signed agreement form by the referring agent.
The agents mutually agree to send. accept, contact, and work this referral in good faith. The referral fee will be paid for the clients purchase or sale transaction, or both as they apply for up to a period of 1 year. Referral is not transferable.
Referred Agent accepts the referral fee stated above and understands a HUD-1 must be sent to the referring agent upon closing, to subsequently expect prompt payment. Referred Agent will honor the stated referral fee upon closing, and will insure escrow sends the HUD-1 with prompt payment to the referring agent. The referral fee will be based on the sales price of the transaction(s).
AGENT REFERRALS / REFERRAL FEES: Should the site have an option for member agents to send client referrals to other members. This is a feature for your convenience only. It does not permit you to send referrals to non-member professionals. The fees you agree to are between the two agents (the referred and the referring agent). This site nor its ownership play any role in the management of referrals on your behalf, nor the collections of fees, or complaints thereof. The site has an occasion, now and then, to come in contact with potential clients as well. We will consult the member directory and select an agent to recommend the client to. We will use the same agent to agent referral form to send you contact information for the client, and charge a low referral fee of only 15%. Referral fee checks should always be promptly sent to the referrer per the address showing on the referral form, within 2 days of closing, accompanied by a copy of the HUD-1 statement. Note: Referrals are not transferable. If referred agent has not made contact with the client within 5 days, then referred agent is expected to email the referring agent of the situation and ask permission for another 5 day extension on the referral. If no extension is granted, referred agent is not to pursue the referral as it will be reassigned by the referring agent.
